Obituary

Sally J. Winn, July 1, 1933 to August 19, 2020 of Arizona passed away peacefully at home with her daughter by her side. Born in East Lansing, MI to Per & Abba Lundin.

 

Sally met the lover of her life at Michigan State University, (Go Green) Eldon L.Winn. They were married at Peoples Church in East Lansing, MI, September 5, 1953.

 

Sally had 3 children, Steven Winn (deceased) (Michelle Simmons), Michael (Romy) Winn, Port Charlotte, FL and Karen (Richard) Satmary of Sun City West, AZ. Four grandchildren; Trevor, Amanda, Damien & Alexandria. Sister, Karen Hipple of Scottsdale, AZ. Several nieces & nephews. And “Special Adopted” daughter, Lisa Brown of Germfask, MI.

 

Sally, formally of Flint, MI and her Summer Home, “God’s Country” Manistique, MI and Petoskey, MI before moving to Arizona to spend time with her sisters in 2014.

 

Sally is preceded in death by her parents, Per & Abba Lundin, husband Eldon, son Steven and two sisters, Ann Bird & Nancy Warner. Sister-in-law Janice Bauer.

 

Sally will always be remembered for her Homemade Strawberry & Raspberry Jam and Blueberry Syrup.
